Working with horses on the ground, we take participants out of their comfort zone to a place where they have to not only think afresh but listen to & feel their in-the-ring employees. We use their honest & immediate feedback to offer participants a living mirror of their actions & behaviours, both conscious and subconscious, enabling rapid self-learning through memorable, interactive experiences
Just to be clear, our work is not about loving horses, it's about accessing the best tools to increase leadership and team building skills horses just happen to be a very effective vehicle to achieve this rapidly and with lasting impact. Our ability to cut through the jaded "been there, done that" reaction to training drives our success. Note - no riding is involved, it's all on the ground with the horse as a new team member to include or have them choose you as their leader. |
